Barnstead Old Home Day will be held October 5th, 2019.  Vendors should be completely set up and ready for customers by 9am and will remain open until 2:30pm. No cars will be allowed in the vendor area after 8:30am. Please plan accordingly.

 

To become a vendor please review and submit the application with a description of the items you will be selling and if available a link to your website. A non-refundable space fee of $25.00 must be submitted with the application. **If you are submitting application on-line you are not considered registered until your check has been received** Vendor spaces are first come first serve. We will do our best to have minimal overlap of similar items being sold. We will contact each vendor should we think there might be a conflict. 

 

Spaces are 10' by 10' (an additional $25 is needed for each additional space that goes over 10ft) and each vendor must supply his or her own tent, table, chairs and any other displays. We provide the space only. We have limited spots available with electricity. Please contact us if you are in need. If you need to use a generator it must be a quiet version. Please list the name and model of your generator on the application. Vendors must also provide weights for each tent, clearly anchored/attached to the tent by sturdy means. This is a nonnegotiable requirement. We will be here at 7am Saturday for the convenience of the vendors.

 

It is very important that you plan to unload your vehicle and move it to the designated parking lot and then return to set up your booth.

 

We do not allow the sale of raffle tickets or other items that compete with the Barnstead OHD raffles.

 

Please be sure to list all of the items that you will have for sale or free to ensure your items do not conflict with other vendors.

 

We ask each exhibitor to voluntarily donate an item for our Raffle prize drawing. The raffles help raise money for the BOHD so we truly appreciate the donations.

 

We expect all vendors to remain open from 9am to 2:30pm.
